I'm a professional Mining Engineer with over a decade of experience in the mining industry. I started my career in underground coal around the Illawarra before transitioning to underground metalliferious mining.

I have extensive experience in all aspects of underground mining and technical services, and I'm a collaborative leader with a passion for passing on what I've learnt along the way.

I will own and drive the schedule. I am an experienced Deswik IS user who understands the importance of detailed scheduling optionality and risk mitigation. I take a mentoring approach to peer reviewing others work to get the safest and most reliable outcome.

Experienced drill and blast engineer speciallising in long hole open stoping using Deswik UGDB for any situation from narrow vein to bulk geometries.

Every mine is different and at different stages in their development, I'm quick to pick up on the unique challenges facing different mines and effective in managing day to day, week to week, month to month processes to help achieve safe tonnes and metres. I'm an expert excel user who has developed mutliple mines planning systems

I am a certified ventilation officer with several years experience managing gas, heat, dust and DPM's in some of the gassiest underground coal mines in the world. This experience gives me a deep understanding of the requirements of good ventilation design and management. Applying this knowlege to undergound hardrock mines gives me unique insights and helps with ventilation design and optimisation.

Experience in Cemented Hydraulic Fill and Cemented Paste Fill design planning and management. Have been a part of teams that have ramped up CHF and CPF plants to steady state operation and have lead multiple improvement initiatives in this space.

Will develop the mine's systems and processes to ensure the right level of detail is consistently achieved as efficiently as possible. I use a collaborative approach to push the mine to achieve its' targets safely. I will develop the Mine's people and provide mentoring for junior eningeers
